• Communication and Notification: Updates of changes to our products or services. Responding to your queries and requests. Sending marketing and promotional materials about our products and services.

• Any ongoing consultations that have not been completed will be canceled.
• Please note that you will no longer have access to any existing healthcare data stored in Healthtech Connect.
• Certain transactional data will be retained for financial audit purposes.Information related to medical consultations will be preserved for the natural lifespan of the patient, as mandated by the Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.
• Additionally, in the event that you create a new account using the same email address, please be aware that you will not be able to view the history of your previous account.
